Hi KG

We have a few Articles already written for some installation errors, but I don't think this one is listed. They start with name "How to fix installation errors on Thingworx Apps".

In your image, 2 pieces strike me :

- It says some parts are skipped because they're already installed. This means either this is a retry, or it's an upgrade. Can you please confirm? The main reason is if you're upgrading a large database, it can take many minutes.

- It says it timed out after 31 seconds. Timeouts are not unheard of, but 31 seconds is. In the installation documentation, there is this page in particular which mentions the timeout setting must be changed to 500 (item #3 in the page). It's normal for the installation to take between 30 and 500 seconds, even for a clean/new installation.

Please make sure you followed the requirements in that documentation page, mostly the timeout setting. Also, if you're upgrading a large database, there is a possibility that it takes more than 500 seconds. If that happens, I think we suggest making the timeout 50000 for the time of the installation and then reverting back to 500 after the installation.

Let us know how that goes.
