Custom detail icons

We are updating to Wildfire 5, and I would like to know how to integrate custom icons, as well as flyout menus, into the new ribbon menu format. Thank you for your help.

The ribbon menu is not yet customizable, as you probably know by now, but you can still add some, not all, of the mapkey tools you had in earlier versions.

It is bad enough to have ribbon menus which cannot be customized and that have to be activated before using, but limiting toolbars to one row, not allowing flyout menu names, and disabling various mapkeys does not make for a popular application. After touting the improvements to detailing in Wildfire 5, we can only hope that they get it right with the next release.
