Printing Problem, lines instead of right curve

Hello everybody,

I'm using MathCad 14 and I have this problem :

When I have many points on my graph and many functions, everything seems nice on my screen but when I try to print it, in some function the curve is curropted and instead of this I got a line somewhere, on another place of my plot.

Sometimes when I use less points the problem disappears.

Could it be an issue with your printer? Have you noticed any other errors when printing?

Mike

Maybe

I thought, this problem has to deal with the printer's memory, but I'm not sure.

This why I post it here. Maybe somebody has the same problem with me.

But, No, I haven't noticed any other error.

Can you try sending it to an alternative printer and see if the problem persists.

Mike

I'll try but not today, thank you for your fast reply.

No problem. You could upload the worksheet and I'll also check tomorrow if I get any discreprencies.

What a service release of Mathcad 14 (F..., M...) are you using?

Hello

I think it is M030.

I'm uploading a worksheet. Have a look on the last plot.

On my printer I get a line at the top of my graph instead of taking the right graph for the magenda colored curve.

The curve is curropted approximately for the zero value on horizontal axis until approximately the value 2.

Very strange. Have a look at the attached print pdf.

Mike

Exactly!!!

For me the problem is for the pink curve not the black, but this doesn't matter!

It's the first time I've since such a problem. Have you had issue's with other worksheets before?

Mike

Yes, but I thought that it was memory problem of my old pc and printer.

So, sometimes I just reduced the number of points and the problem disappeared, but offcourse the graph wasn't so good.

As I change pc and printer I found the same problem. Hence, I decide to ask you.

It does not happen on my printer, nor on the pdf, see attached.
