Unfold with sheet metal

Anybody Know If is Poosible to unfold a plate with engraving text at the same time???

Could Anybody help me, please??

There is no assumption that my version is "accurate" to the original, but the method is sound if you are willing to account for fabrication techniques.

In order to give the second bend, there is metal deformation (coining) of the flat|cylinder orientation.

The "4" character also introduced a second "piece" which is not allowed for flat patterns.  This will have to be joined or otherwise handled separately.

The attached file is Creo 2.0 full version.

The part is curved in 2 directions so it cannot be unfolded without finesse.

You might have some luck with flatten quilt in solid part mode.

If it was cylindrical or conical, it would be simple.
