Pending Prerequisite

Hello people.

I installed Creo 6 Student Edition i september and everything worked perfect. Today I couldn't start the program so I uninstalled everything, but is unable to install it again.

Creo Direct, Layout, Parametrix and Simulate all get the "Pending Prerequisite" status.

I've read some walkthroughs but havn't still gotten it to work.

I have:

Followed this guide : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS283411
Deleted the %temp% folder
Deleted the Program Files/PTC

But nothing works.

Here's what worked for me: (based on https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs182686)

Use Add Remove Programs to uninstall Creo Platform Services
Download Creo Agent clean up tool - creosvcs_regfix.exe
Extract the zip file
Open a command prompt with admin privileges (run as administrator)
Change directory to the extracted folder
Run command "creosvcs_regfix.exe --clean"
Reinstall Creo
