      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ah, check your "startup" location. This could cause issues also. So, by "startup" location, I'm referring to the folder assigned to the Creo Parametric shortcut. Just right click on it and pick Properties.
