Hello,

How would you compare Mathcad with following software?

What would be the advantages of using Mathcad (Prime - because it was chosen to continue with MC Prime further) compared to the following software: Standard Maple, Maple Flow, Wolfram Mathematica or Matlab?
What would be the disadvantages of using Mathcad (Prime) compared to the following software: Standard Maple, Maple Flow, Wolfram Mathematica and Matlab?
Why do you prefer Mathcad (Prime) instead of the other software: Standard Maple, Maple Flow, Wolfram Mathematica or Matlab?
Or do you use the other software listed above besides Mathcad (Prime)? Why?
Is it really better to use Mathcad (Prime) compared to the other software above, at least from the point of view of say the following fields: Engineering/Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Signal Processing, Calculus, Matrices, Algorithm (convergence, accuracy, precision), working with units, programming?
Is it worth messing around with Mathcad (Prime) to learn this software, or would it be better if you turned to one of the other software above?
There would be, for example, other software (programming software), for example Python, that you could use. What do you think about the use of Python for example instead of Mathcad, and the other software above mentioned?
How do you see Mathcad (Prime) looking in the future compared to the software mentioned above? Will it be a (real) competitor to other software? That you practically find yourself in the situation that when you have to and need to do more complex, solid things that require more computing power...Mathcad Prime fails a bit, there are misses, you can only rely on Mathcad Prime for simple calculations (more or less).
Do you know other software that is worth considering for the future, apart from the ones mentioned above?
