Like Subscripts shortcut "ctrl+-" is really slow down the speed, it is much convenient used "." in match 15,

I fully agree!

unfortunately Prime does not offer a way to customize keyboard shorts.

You would have to use a third party tool like AutoIt, AutoHotkey, Fastkeys or the like.
But I guess it would not be a good idea to let it translate every period "." into "Ctrl+-" 😉
