List combo box can't show when printing to PDF by using Mathcad15 command

Hello,

I want to print a Mathcad worksheet to PDF by using Mathcad15 command (mathcad.exe -p test.xmcd) in order to realize automate batch printing. But it cant't show the list combo box when printing by this way. This problem also appear when printing in the Mathcad15 GUI if I don't pull down the worksheet page to "active" the list combo box, only when I pull down the page and view the list combo box, it can be showed in the printed PDF (case).

Any ideas?Thanks for answer.

One idea:

Grab the image from the screen, paste in a MsWord document and print from there.
