&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Vendor Update:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;A fix has been implemented, and the vendor believes the incident is resolved. They are continuing to monitor for any errors to confirm full service restoration.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Current Status:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Initial testing on PTC sites shows services have resumed, however, some instability remains, with occasional page refreshes required.&lt;/P&gt;
