Update 09:55 EST:

Vendor Update: A fix has been implemented, and the vendor believes the incident is resolved. They are continuing to monitor for any errors to confirm full service restoration.
Current Status: Initial testing on PTC sites shows services have resumed, however, some instability remains, with occasional page refreshes required.
