When I go through the site utility using the external storage administrator, it allows me to create a vault onthe server. When I try to add the folders I can only mount on the C:\drive. When I try to mount on an external device i get an error stating Create mount for root fplder "folder002" failed. Nested exception is:wt.util.WTException: Mount path does not exist. I do have the drive mapped. I can create and delete folders, data, etc through windows explorer and a command window.. What is it Windchill is looking for to be able to see the san and read and write to it? I have an open ticket with PTC and wanted to consult the exploder as well.
