      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can create additional Transitions and define these as Change Transitions.&amp;nbsp; These can then be used in Change Notices / Change Tasks.&amp;nbsp; Configuring this allows you to either select them from the Release Target selection or just have it work (eg.&amp;nbsp; If you are in the appropriate state based upon transition rules to go the next step)&lt;/P&gt;
