I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS13

服务器状况页面运行很慢，且有报错“Windchill Directory Server ERROR: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 169.254.29.171; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect”，目前windchill 应用服务器与 windchill DS服务器在同一台主机上

Here are the errors that I faced

服务器端口正常，host配置也是正常，系统也是单机版本没有使用集群。但是从日志上看，不清楚为什么程序回去访问169.254.29.171这个地址，这个地址在网卡上并不存在。
