    <description>&lt;P&gt;12.1.2.0 is supported on Windows 2022. (See attached image from support matrix). My guess is that you are not running the correct setup.exe file to launch PSI. Because 12.1.2.0 does not have a CPS bundle, you need to download "PTC Solution Installer 12.1" from the PTC downloads. Most recent datecode (12-1-2-0) which is 257MB. When you extract that, run the setup in that folder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I tried critical &lt;STRONG&gt;PTC Windchill 12.1.1.3 Service Pack - Critical Patch Sets Bundles &lt;/STRONG&gt;and just to try&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;PTC Windchill PDMLink 12.1.2.0&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;but both are not supported on this new Windows&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure the problem is not variable LAX_VM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you’re not sure try setting it. It should point to &amp;lt;jdk 11 Dir&amp;gt;\bin\java.exe&lt;/P&gt;</description>
