User removed from role but still he is getting the ECN tasks

Hello all,

One of my Windchill user is no more working on a project. so I removed him from that role group but still when somebody adds that group in CN as reviewer, the task is getting assigned all people in the group along with him.

How to stop this from happening?

Note: we manage roles by group.

would you try the below :

Set wt.team.re-resolveRoles=false using xconfmanager command as below :
- xconfmanager -t codebase/wt.properties -s "wt.team.re-resolveRoles=false" -p
Restart method server

just run this command in a windchill shell : xconfmanager -t codebase/wt.properties -s "wt.team.re-resolveRoles=false" -p

and restart the server

Hi Sandeep C,

From the top of my this property is control role re-resolution when changing LC state .

I'm from technical support and was aware of that above setting to resolve the use case you are describing in this post .

you may search that property on the embedded Windchill help center for documentation .
