However, it appears that you want to change the ECN prefix from WCE25 to WCE26.&lt;BR /&gt;Please verify the OIR used for the ECN, as the prefix should be configured through the OIR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be the one associated with "Change Notice" type. Keep in mind that OIRs are inherited. They can be defined at the site, org and product/library level. Most likely you have it at the site or org so look for it there. You should see one of them as a section that calls out your prefix. Also, based on your prefix, looks like you prefix with the year? Does that mean there is a unique number tacked on to the end that increments? If this is based on a DB sequence, note that this will not reset to 1 automatically. What does your full number look like?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
