Adding Windchill Attributes to a Document Type Layout - need help on adding two of them

In the primary attributes layout of my Document Details tab, I would like to display the following:

1. State (not state.state, but just the sole state of the object)

2. VersionHistoryInfo (that which is stored under History Tab as Authorization)

Selecting New Attribute, I need potentially three bits of information for each:

- internal name

- Type (Would Alias be correct?)

- Mapping text

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
