I can't get a 72-hour activation key for Creo Elements Modelling Express (6) any more , I get a "Cloudflare Internal Error" (Error 500) I've tried re-installing Creo and re-installing Windows (8.1 on a Macbook Pro Bootcamp) but no joy. It was working fine a while ago but I read that they have upgraded their security, maybe that's the cause. I've emptied cache. and tried different browsers. Is there a way to bypass cloudflare?

May be you can read the post Can't use Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express: Activation Key server down which does describe the same problem. It looks like that problem with the PTC Server appeared first on 16th Oct. 2025.

For the moment, there seemed to be no workaround available.

It seems people are solving this by downloading v 9.0 but that hasn't solved the problem for me , still getting cloudflare internal error.

I had the same problem the last month. It seems I had to delete first version 8.0 and after that install 9.0. I hope you already found a solution.
