Performance issue could be affected by many facts, like database, network, hardware spec etc, so the issue has to be investigate case by case.

Would you please post a support case to provide the details about your issue?

Since you have no specifical issue, I suggest to start from check the wiki about Post-installation Configuration and API Throttling settings.

I also suggest to open an case to track this if you have further questions, since I think the performance tuning issue is a big and complex topic. It is on ground of lots of facts, like the number of login users / data size / requests / network bandwidth etc.

Yet to get related good information. I m looking for the codebeamer known issue ( may be in previous or latest release) and resolution for same. I did not find such KBA on support portal.
