Codebeamer DPT integration with windchill

We are trying to integration codebeamer with windchill using DPT, so we are trying to add external linked items in codebeamer , but we r not able to see the server option as below.

Can anyone help us to get this option in codebeamer end or provide the steps how to add external linked items, we r getting this below mentioned error.

If you have done but still face the issue, then I suggest to open a support case to get further assistance.

Please share the full details, the whole setup is not easy, DPT needs a middleware ThingWorx with Flow, have you installed ThingWorx Flow?
