Hello Community,

Is there a way to check the date and time of the last activity for a project in Codebeamer?

We have created many projects and would like to clean them up.

Sure, I can ask the project owner, but I would like to have this option available from the Administrator side as well.

Yes, you can check the last activity for a project in Codebeamer by accessing the Audit Trail or Project History from the Admin side. Navigate to the specific project, go to "Project Admin" → "Audit Trail" or "Work Item History," and look for the most recent modifications or accesses. This will show timestamps of the latest user or system interactions. If enabled, you can also use API endpoints to extract last modified dates for work items across projects for bulk review.

I don't see "Audit Trail" or "Work Item History" in the specific project.

Can you please share a screenshot?

Only possibility how to see activity is in "System Admin" tab -> "Audit"

I am also interested for API example to fetch bulk data.
