I am using Creo Flow (not Creo Simulate Live) , as part of Creo 11.0.4.

When I use the 'Generate Mesh' option, the geometry will mesh correctly the first time.
However, after this, even with a very simple geometry (simple cylinder), if I make any changes to the mesh parameters, the part does not get re-meshed, it stays with the previous mesh.
The only way to update the mesh is to remove the fluid domain entirely, add a new fluid domain, and then apply a mesh.

There must be a way to update the mesh without having to remove the fluid domain each time?

If you're using a fluid domain that was created with Creo Flow Analysis, you need to use the Project > Update Project command in the ribbon. This will regenerate the fluid domain geometry and run the mesh while preserving all of your project settings.

Just using Generate Mesh only works if you are modifying a hand-created fluid domain part.

Thanks, but no, even if I use 'Update Project', the mesh doesn't update.

When you say there's a difference between a domain that was created in Creo Flow and a 'hand crafted' one, what do you mean? If I open a simple pipe in CreoFlow, I can use 'select simulation domain', then 'add fluid domain', and select the cylinder. Or, I can use 'Create fluid domain' option.

Do those 2 operations not end up with the same domain?
