topic License activation issues in System Administration

Creo 2.0 is already installed on the computer, but it lost its license. When I go into "setup" the license (I have the licensing password/code), I put it in the box and click on Install Licensing. After it "processes" for a minute or two (and put in my username and password which I know is correct), it gives me an Error! message. For the past two-three years, I have activated the license this exact same way it I have never received this message before. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is now happening? Thank you!
