hi,for all my NC program I get feed rate as F1 even though I enter as Cut_feed = 100, can anyone please suggest what change to be made in GPOST.

Using the Option File Generator ->File Formats->MCD File, select "F" row-> Edit Selected Address, and adjust your formatting.

the formatting setting was ok,

But still I get F1 only

There is another place you need to set the F register format. Since the F is used for several things each feed rate mode has its own format. For UPM it is set on this dialog box. The places left of the decimal need to match the Maximum value allowed.
