    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you could define the component as a flexible component.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then, change parameter values (serial number) for each assembly where the component is used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From a PLM perspective it does not make sense to include serial numbers into a design document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that's a different discussion all together &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi I am using a family table library. I want to have different serial numbers for the same component in different assembly in same working directory. Is this possible.</description>
