Hi y'all

Is there a way to hide project/sketches in Simplified Reps? Right now, i can only add models to the list. I am stuck now. I know i can hide them via layers but i want to hide it in the assembly as well without affecting other assys.

Regards

This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team.

When you are making simplified reps, there is a way to exclude features. In Creo, "Features" is an option from the menu window when you create and accept a new simplifed rep. Simple click on "Feature" then "Exclude" and pick the features you want to exclude from the model tree.

Simplified reps is a great way to show manufacturing process progression in drawings when you do not want to add additional and potentially confusing instances (which would not be the final product anyway). Simply just remove features to match the processing step in production, making as many steps as required to show your intent.
