Can I reference a draft note text in another note, like a parameter?

Title pretty much sums it up.

Trying to pull the text from one drafting note and use it elsewhere. Technically in a table cell, but keep it related.

Using 9.0.6.0

You can do this with hole notes, but otherwise I think you have to have it as a parameter.
