The tie wrap I designed does not fit exactly as I want to see. What options do I have to flow snug the cable?

Restricts unreal space from using (RED). see image
IF cable is follow, then the system should calculate approx. center and place the tie-wrap there.
EG: If one cable picked, is there any follow cable. Yes, how many? 3. dia from spool data? 6, 2, 5. Calculate center of triangle with sides 3.5,4,5.5 and place component csys on it. This can be so close to real.
