Is the surface of the pulley flat or does it have a slight curve? I'm assuming it is a flat belt that needs to mate to a cylinder.

Hi,

sorry for my bad english, I'll try my best.

Im trying to install a belt on pulley which is connected with a feather key to the crankshaft.

I tried different relations but the problem is I cant choose the surface of the pulley as a reference but can choose all surfaces of the crankshaft.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

That's a pulley for a V-belt. So what does the mating belt look like? Telling that two parts don't fit and showing only one makes things difficult - it should probably be a section through the belt or the sketch that made the belt.
