Assembling Config Option

Can someone point me in the direction of the config option that controls when we "assemble" a component into the assembly if it is attached to the cursor or not. We have 3 users, that the part is attached to the cursor and places where they click and we are troubleshooting an issue with this.

That was it! Now can you tell me why having this set to "move_then_place" will lock Creo 3.0 up for 5 minutes, but setting it to "default" works flawlessly? Haha. Just started happening in the last 2 weeks and we have done no updates to anything.

Unfortunately I don't know why it would add excessive time to assemble a component.

I do know that component interfaces that look for automatic placement add a lot of time to assembly.
