Missing Mechanism Limits

WF4 I have an assy with a pivoting door. I've set limits in my mechanismconstraints on the swing of the door. On my PC it works great, howeveron my co-worker's PC the limits are missing and the door swings freely.When I go into redefine the component, the 'Rotation Axis'

An update:

All of our licenses are identical, so it's not a licensing issue.

Config files should be the same as well, in fact I believe it happens
when I log into his machine and use my own config files.
