External data is not displayed and updated in Vuforia view

I have a Vuforia studio connected to a Experience server.

I create a simple project with a label that is connected to a Thing with a property that those value is not shown, but this problem only happens in Vuforia view device. Value is correcly updated in preview.

What could be the reason?

I have discovered that Vuforia Studio launches internally the following url in the preview mode display:

http://localhost:3050/Thingworx/Things/IndustrialConnectivityEPDOR/Properties/UpdatesPerSecond.

localhost:3050 is my Vuforia Studio tool, so it not goes directly to experience server but through Vuforia studio.

I suppose that vuforia View goes instead directly to Experience Server..... but both are in the same network... what could be the difference?

Have you checked the run-time rights on IndustrialConnectivityEPDOR ?

The public user or the user you use in View must have run-time access and vivibility to the Thing.
