      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.ptcusercommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299338"&gt;@thrinath&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp; I believe the issue has been resolved by changing the Experience Service URL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to troubleshoot:-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Make sure the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;URL&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;set in the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;View app is correct&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;sometimes during test, you might set the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;URL&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;in Vuforia Studio as&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://localhost:2019" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://localhost:2019&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;when Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Studio&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;is installed on the same machine with Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;server which is not recommended though, then scan that&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QR code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;from the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;View app to set the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&amp;nbsp;address, then that won't work as the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;View&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;device is not "&lt;STRONG&gt;local&lt;/STRONG&gt;" to the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&amp;nbsp;server, you need to change it to actual&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IP address&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;of Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;server instead of using&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;localhost&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;in that case.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2. Make sure Vuforia View device is&amp;nbsp;connected to the same network of the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service server&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open a browser in the mobile device where Vuforia View is installed and try access below Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ping URL&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to see if&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;message is returned, if not, there is network issue between your mobile device and Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;server and please work with your IT/Network team to resolve the network issue&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;http(s)://&amp;lt;ES Server FQDN&amp;gt;:&amp;lt;port&amp;gt;/ExperienceService/ping&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Make sure there is no specific customized network policy restricting&amp;nbsp;access from the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;View&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;device to the Vuforia&amp;nbsp;Experience Service server:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
