I am publishing the experience using Vuforia studio but in android mobiles I can't be able to view experience using Vuforia view. we checked in apple devices it is working fine but when we checked in android mobiles like OnePlus13,12, Samsung S series devices and also other android devices which is in the list PTC provided (https://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/index.html#page/Studio_Help_Center/common/ViewSupportedReq.html). Hi @thrinath , I believe the issue has been resolved by changing the Experience Service URL.

Steps to troubleshoot:-

1. Make sure the Vuforia Experience Service URL set in the Vuforia View app is correct

Note: sometimes during test, you might set the Vuforia Experience Service URL in Vuforia Studio as http://localhost:2019 when Vuforia Studio is installed on the same machine with Vuforia Experience Service server which is not recommended though, then scan that QR code from the Vuforia View app to set the Vuforia Experience Service address, then that won't work as the Vuforia View device is not "local" to the Vuforia Experience Service server, you need to change it to actual IP address of Vuforia Experience Service server instead of using localhost in that case.

2. Make sure Vuforia View device is connected to the same network of the Vuforia Experience Service server

Open a browser in the mobile device where Vuforia View is installed and try access below Vuforia Experience Service Ping URL to see if OK message is returned, if not, there is network issue between your mobile device and Vuforia Experience Service server and please work with your IT/Network team to resolve the network issue

3. Make sure there is no specific customized network policy restricting access from the Vuforia View device to the Vuforia Experience Service server:
