&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The only thing, I have found is this company web site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.okta.com/products/authentication/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.okta.com/products/authentication/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I guess that Jabil Okta is a software to manage SSO as Identity Provided and it is used by your company.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It is explained the issue about SAML bad request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SAML is used in SSO.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Here for any reaon, SSO setup from Vuforia Expert Capture is not correct or request is modified on the fly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It would recommend to report that to your IT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Your IT should open a case to PTC Technical Support and we will be able to investigate deeper.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Why I recommend an investigation in a case and not in PTC Community?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Because in this use case, it seems security is impacted and we cannot share contents with everyone due to safety reasons.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this an organization problem or a VEC application problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;App is trying to access to a web site. In case of Vuforia Expert Capture, it should the Editor web site.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;It is a bad request&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/400" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/400&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; In your use case here, Vuforia Expert Capture should create a good request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; So, the possible root causes can be :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;A bug in Vuforia Expert Capture&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;A network problem like a cut or a modification of HTTP request due to a proxy in local network&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To start the investigation :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In Hololens, in Edge web browser, are you able to reach this web site&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://go.studio.vuforia.com/editor" target="_blank"&gt;https://go.studio.vuforia.com/editor&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Does computer is using the same WIFI as in Hololens ?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not, it might be a network issue.&lt;/P&gt;
