Thingworx Analytics: Issue with Installation of UploadThing

Hello,

I am setting up Thingworx Analytics 52.2. I followed the installation guides, but I am facing issues with the last step: Installation of UploadThing

The UploadThing installs properly.
When I verify the isConnected property from the thingworx composer, it seems to be false all the time.
I checked on PTC technical support and followed the mentioned steps as well. But it still doesn't work.

I am using thingworx on port 8081 with SSL. I have attached the uploadthing.log file and the UploadThing.properties file for reference.

I would appreciate any help regarding the same.

I found this KCS article that I believe solves the issue you are encountering.

Hi John,

I followed the steps in the article,but it is still not working.

Is there any other solution? Is the problem related to SSL(I'm using Thingworx with SSL)?

I would appreciate any help.
