    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Thingworx 7.4 with postgres 9.4 and I need to add the extension TTW_Download_Relational Database Connectors.zip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During a package validation&amp;nbsp; the import&amp;nbsp; procedure return the following message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="5083" alt="" class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://www.ptcusercommunity.com/legacyfs/online/thingworx/5083_pastedImage_0.png" style="max-width: 1200px; max-height: 900px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is it the correct procedure to install this extension ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Diimitri&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A href="https://community.thingworx.com/u1/11445"&gt;Dimitri Bologna&lt;/A&gt;​,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check application logs for details. Seems that this extension already exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the jar already exists and you are not able to find the ThingTemplate. &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Try using Database ThingTemplate and add the postgresql configuration to see if it works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
