Issue to import extension TW_Download_Relational Database Connectors.zip

Hi All,

I installed Thingworx 7.4 with postgres 9.4 and I need to add the extension TTW_Download_Relational Database Connectors.zip.

During a package validation the import procedure return the following message

What is it the correct procedure to install this extension ?

Hi Dimitri Bologna,

Please check application logs for details. Seems that this extension already exists.

If the jar already exists and you are not able to find the ThingTemplate. Try using Database ThingTemplate and add the postgresql configuration to see if it works.

about the Thingworx Monitor application in the following there are the rows returned during the validate/import of extension

I think there are a conflict to the PostgreSQL_ExtensionPackage

Dimitri, could you please check and may be also share the screenshot from the Import/Export > Extensions > Manage if by any chance you see the extension there already? Is this a fresh installation or an upgrade?
