Exporting the entities from thingworx 6.5 to thingworx 7.2

Hi All,

Can i get any document for exporting the entities from thingworx 6.5 and importing it to thingworx 7.2.

As I am getting an error after importing when I am running my services I am getting the following error :

"Error While Executing SetGenset Service : JavaException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.thingworx.common.exceptions.DataAccessException: [1,018] Data store unknown error: [Error occurred while accessing the data provider.]"

If someone has any idea what this error means and also If someone can share the doc for doing the above step.

Hi Naveen Gourav,

Did you select the Use Default persistence provider option while importing the data.
