Date and time different input!!!

How can we provide separate date and time input in the "startDate" and "endDate" parameter of querypropertyhistory service and how specifically we can enter a different date and a different time as an input.

Please let me know the steps to implement the above scenario.

Can't get your question, they are 2 independent inputs already, when you test the service in Composer, you need to assign them separately, and if you call it in mashup, you can bind the DateTimeRange widget for the input. Just note the enddate must be earlier than start date.
