hey everyone,

I am working with thingworx analytics 8.3 and following the guide the data files csv and json is not importing i have attached the image if anyone knows assist to complete the guide

Hi @Deepak_Rahul

You may want to check https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS285428 . This is pre-requisite that is often missed and lead to this behaviour, so that might very well be your case too.
