Export button return different allignment and mismatch of values

Hi,

I am using export button to export data in a grid but when we open the excel sheet the columns are not aligned equally. Few rows are left alligned and few rows are right aligned. How can I prevent this scenario? Also the column values are interchanged in some rows.

Please provide some solution for this.

Hello,

Export widget creates a plaintext CSV file. When you open it in Excel, the latter tries to figure out what to do with the values it finds there (for example, when it sees a number, it uses the corresponding data type for this cell, and aligns it on the right).

You can control it by opening this file via File > Open..., then Excel will ask you about data types for each column.
