Unknown Error while installing Thingworx Analytics 8.4

Hi,

Am facing following error shown as popup says, "unknown error while running /default/json_utils

'-configfile=/results-ms_reports.json' -property=version "

I installed Thingworx 8.4 through Tomcat and Thingworx WAR file.

And, I could able to run the same bundle in another server without any issue.

What could be the issue in this?

I removed all the existing services.

Now I can able to install completely.
