Error on Thingworx 9.5 Active-Active Setup. Platform down

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.5 and DatecodeSP3

Dear Team we have Thingworx cluster installed in active-active passion on Server. Both server were down. Below error found in Application Log.
