Creo 10 Distributed Batch won't go beyond "Working" status

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.2.0

Creo 10 Distributed Batch won't go beyond "Working" status
I am attempting to export multiple CAD models to the STEP format using an embedded application within Creo Parametric. However, the process gets stuck and does not progress beyond the "working" status. Despite waiting for an extended period, the conversion does not complete, and the application remains frozen in this state.
