Creo 2 memory leaks?

We made some tests and looks like when open complex assembly in Creo 2 several times work and then exit form Creo memory occupied stands on 1-2 GB more than before using Creo. It is looks like Creo doesn't release memory correctly. It can be very dangerous, since several restarts of Creo can exhaust memory resources even you have plenty of memory.

Your issues with Creo 2 and PDMlink may be due to the fact Creo 2 is not supported with PDMLink 9.1 until M070.

We are just about to start testing Creo2 (with 9.1 m070) so will be interesting to see what we find.

Cheers

Simon,

I'm using Creo 2.0 with PDMLink 10.1 and Wildfire 5.0 with PDMLink 9.1 and both are supported.

I work with Zeev and just so you know, we are testing Creo 2.0 M020 with PDMLink 9.1 M070.

were seeing this with Windchill M070 and Creo 2 m020

Lots of users complaining about creo crashes after loading large models
and then thinking they have removed from session, open another assy and
bang away goes creo
