I am place one component, i need to know how to fully constrains the part

If it is your first component, you can pick the "default" option

Chris is correct but you might want to look at some tutorials. PTC Learning exchange is available for free with a lot of videos. You just have to register.

Creo is not a software that is easily learned and the tutorials will help you get started much quicker.

I am in the process to create one operation but I still can't see tool pass
