Creo Illustrate import file format issue

We are using Creo Paramatric for 3D modelling.

 

1. In Creo Illustrate, while importing file in .pvz fromat; we observe colour difference in some of the components.

 

2. and while importing in .asm format some components disappears in eBOM as well as sBOM.
