Dual dimensions *in Part*

I'm aware of the setting to display dual dimensions inside a Drawing.

Is there a way to display dual dimensions inside a Part?  That is, display dual dimensions on all the dimensions within sketches/features and so forth.

I don't think there is an option to show all dimensions in a part or assembly using dual dimensions.

If you are creating model annotations, you can turn on dual dimensions for them the model (file - prepare - model properties - detail options change and set the dual dimensioning option. You can show your dimensions and they will display with dual dimensions. BUT, when you go to edit dimensions and sketches, they only show as the primary unit.
