I have an old .frm file which I am tring to edit.
I can open it in Creo Parametric 4.0 but it does not allow me to edit it.
Does anybody have a solution/work-around for this?

can you not copy/paste the entities to a new file? sounds like a corruption that you could get PTC tech support to fix otherwise.
