Hi,

in Creo 8.0.4.0 I cannot reproduce your problem. I can change dimension 400 to 4000 (for example) successfully.

Maybe you Creo 8.0.0.0 contains bug - try installing newer version.

You can also try using Flange feature.l

Hi,

the problem is hidden in the definition of Flat feature.

Pack the part into zip file and upload zip file. This enable community users to test your model.

Hi,

please use zip format instead of rar.

Are you using relative accuracy?  As the size of the model increases the accuracy of the model will decrease.  At some point the features of the flat will be smaller than the accuracy of the part and it will fail.  I was able to recreate this issue in 7.0 using relative accuracy.

There is always more to learn in Creo.
