How to remove offset between drawing and annotation as seen in image

Hi,

I guess you can remove the gap using following drawing option.

witness_line_offset 0.000000

Where is this option located? I can't seem to find it in Creo 7.0.

In the drawing, File - Prepare _drawing proprerties - detail options change

It is a drawing option
